We were saddened to hear of the recent death of Alison Lamb, who had served for a number of years as CEO of RCJ Citizens Advice, and was a leading light within the social welfare law sector. Alison’s funeral was due to be held on 16 April – the same day as our learning event – and so, as a mark of respect, we have decided to re-arrange the event.
The new date is still to be confirmed but we are looking for the event to be held in early-June, subject to venue availability. Check into our News page for updates.
The re-arranged event will offer the opportunity for productive conversations that we hope will lead to practical actions for the benefit of the advice workforce nationwide. It will include two panel discussions, with speakers from across the sector nationwide, exploring and sharing current advice workforce issues, learning and effective approaches.
