As we seek collaboratively to implement the recommendations of the Advising Londoners (2020) and Mind the Gap (2022) reports, we know that a number of useful learning resources will be generated.

We will test our original assumptions, highlight effective approaches to recruitment, training, retention and progression within the advice sector, and be bold in sharing the challenges and barriers encountered.
